If you would like to become a client with CDCBT, please call our intake line at 210-906-8428 and leave a message. An intake coordinator will return your call by the end of the next business day to schedule an initial assessment.
During your initial assessment, the intake coordinator will work with you to assess your needs, determine which therapeutic approach is right for you, and provide a recommendation. Your recommendation may include skills training plus individual therapy with one of our therapists, skills training with an outside clinician, skills training alone, individual therapy without skills training, or a higher level of care (such as intensive outpatient or inpatient treatment). All of these different options can feel overwhelming. The intake coordinator will work with you to help find the best fit in order for you to reach your valued goals and to help you live a fulfilling life. Identifying the right treatment for you is very important, as not all therapies work for all people. The primary modalities practiced at CDCBT are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT). At the end of assessment, you will have a roadmap for your treatment.
Please note that different therapists have different rates based on level of experience and specialization.
We are out-of-network with all insurance companies.
